Arisina is a talent mobility platform based in India, working in collaboration with a Canadian company. It is dedicated to addressing global workforce shortages by connecting skilled professionals with opportunities in Germany, Romania, and Canada, with plans to expand into other European countries such as France, Italy, and Spain.
Initially focused on healthcare professionals, Arisina has since expanded its scope to include caregivers, personal support workers, childcare support workers, and blue-collar workers to meet critical shortages in these sectors.
The company offers a comprehensive suite of services, including skill-based education through partnerships with foreign colleges, hands-on training with medical labs, hospitals, daycare centers, and trade employers, as well as soft skills development for international work environments. Arisina also provides end-to-end support, including AI-powered language training, visa assistance, and work in Collaboration with job placement abroad.

From the very onset, I would like to introduce IAHR, as a center of development dedicated to making a difference in your life and career. The need of the hour is to currently create skilled and quality manpower to meet the growing demands, especially in the Aviation, Hospitality, and Retail sectors. We at IAHR strongly believe that to prepare such high standards for service personnel, we need to facilitate training and learning beyond the prescribed curriculum.
We at IAHR facilitate a learning methodology that completely focuses on students’ overall holistic development which will eventually prove to be beneficial for them in this post-pandemic world. Our teaching professionals are highly qualified, experienced, and duly backed by years of dedicated service in their respective fields of training. We are fully equipped to provide our students with a complete hands-on experience of theory and the relevant practical knowledge. Towards the end of the course, once our students have honed their skills in their respective areas of specialization, we will be providing them 100% placement assistance, so that they can secure a job in the service industry and give wings to their future.
